Service Description
At Horizon Legal Group, our Probate & Estate initial appointment service is for Executors upon the loss of a loved one. This consultation is with a solicitor to discuss the will, clarify the legal requirements of the estate, and explain your obligations as the Executor. During this session, we will provide an estimate of costs and guide you through the estate administration process as it applies to this Estate, ensuring you feel informed and supported. Let us help you by alleviating the stress of the legal paperwork, so you can focus on the family. Our Estates team provides care and expertise for Queensland based estates.
Cancellation Policy
Payment of $395 is required at the time of appointment. Payment can be made via EFTPOS, internet transfer, online payment link or cash deposited to an ANZ branch. We do not accept cash payments at our office. If at the time of your appointment, you choose to engage us for the full administration of the estate, and there are sufficient cash assets in the estate to meet our fees, then we will defer payment until those assets have been called in and received into our Trust Account on behalf of the estate and take payment of our invoice/s from those funds.
