Managing Deceased Estates with a Will

Managing Deceased Estates without a Will
In cases where there is no Will, known as intestacy, no one is authorised to manage the deceased person's assets. Horizon Legal Group can assist you in applying for Letters of Administration, appointing a suitable family member as the administrator, and ensuring assets are distributed in compliance with the law.
